• Ascend’s advanced Photoshop certified.
• Ascend’s advanced Web Development 2x certified.
• Recieved the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards National Gold Award of Excellence in sculpture. Honored at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. Only five were honored of approximately 250,000 entries. Congratulated by Laura Bush and the work was exhibited in the New York Museum of Art and the Washington D.C. Corcoran Gallery of Art.
• During tenure Daily Iowan received the Associated College Press Pacemaker Award for journalism, the University of Iowa refers to the award as the Pullitzer Prize for College Journalism. My contribution was creating designs and pagination following the devastation of an Iowa City Tornado that destroyed the campus in 2006. Click here for the coverage.
